Welcome to the Home of the Æther

The Project

Created as a senior capstone project under Columbia University's ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering department, the Æther, the innovative tabletop gaming apparatus, is basically the greatest thing evar. If music is the food of love, then this table is food of awesome.

The Projectiles

Under the holy gaze of one David Vallancourt, Senior Lecturer of Columbia University's School of Engineering and Applied Science, the project is the brainchild (and secret incestuous lover) of electrical engineers, Spencer Russell and Dwight Tejano, and of computer engineers, David Albert and Nicholas Bergson-Shilcock. You can learn more about its creators at the Creator Pages. Be warned: if you're not interested in being exposed to sexy, feel free to turn away now.

If you've made it this far…

Then you're ready to learn more. As the semester progresses, we'll be adding more and more content about this project as it appears. Check the forums to ask questions or to see constant updates from our meetings. We'll probably add a progress blog that won't really have much use other than to say, "Damnit, I'm tired of coding." It'll be worth a chuckle at the very least.

Go now…

Your faith has made you well.
